Support
Questions, bug reports and help with a license: write to the address below. Many answers are also in the guides.
Write to us
Tell us what happened, and include:
- the name and version of the app
- your macOS version (Apple menu, About This Mac), or your iOS version for RECINDX
- for purchases and licenses, your order number
Guides
Every app has its own guide.
License keys
- SOUNDINDX, SCRIPTINDX and MIXINDX use a license key. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, issues it when you buy. If you cannot find your key, write to us with your order number.
- Enter it in the app's license settings. One license covers the computers that you own or control, up to the number shown on the app's page: for SOUNDINDX and SCRIPTINDX, up to three (Terms and refunds, section 1).
- To move a license to another Mac, choose Deactivate this Mac in the app's license settings first. If you can no longer reach the old Mac, the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt releases the seat.
- TAGINDX is free and needs no key. RECINDX is free during its TestFlight beta and needs no key.
Refunds
Section 4 of the Terms and refunds applies to SOUNDINDX, SCRIPTINDX and MIXINDX:
If the app still does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: email support@indx.audio with your order number, or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. The license key is deactivated when the refund is issued. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
If something doesn't work, contact us first: most problems can be fixed.
TAGINDX is free, and RECINDX is free during its beta, so there is nothing to purchase or refund for them on this site. When RECINDX is sold on the App Store, Apple handles the purchase and refunds.
